How to start a return To initiate a return, please contact us at yourverse6@gmail.com before sending anything back. We'll review your request and provide you with instructions from there.

Eligibility We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition.

Faulty or incorrect items If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law. Please contact us as soon as possible and we'll arrange a refund, replacement, or repair as appropriate.

Refund processing Once your return is approved and received, we'll process your refund within 5 business days. The time it takes to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank.
